A family trust separates ownership from control so that wealth can be protected, governed and passed on by design rather than by default. We establish the structure, coordinate the legal drafting and administer it thereafter.
A trust places assets under the legal ownership of a trustee, to be held and administered for named beneficiaries according to a written deed. It is one of the oldest and most durable tools for protecting family capital and ordering its succession.
Our role as trustee is deliberately constrained: to follow the deed, keep faithful records, and act in the beneficiaries’ interests. We coordinate independent legal counsel for the drafting, so the instrument that governs your family is prepared by qualified lawyers.

Discovery

Drafting
Independent legal counsel prepares the trust deed; we structure the arrangement and coordinate the parties.
Establishment
The trust is settled, assets are transferred in, and the custody and sub-account arrangements are put in place.
Administration
We act as trustee — holding assets, executing distributions per the deed, and keeping records that endure.
