Trust and corporate work is a regulated activity. We would rather state our boundaries plainly than blur them. This page sets out our licence, the professionals we engage, and the lines we do not cross.

Our licence

Aegivest One Limited holds a Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence, No. TC009123, verifiable on the Companies Registry’s public TCSP register.

The TCSP licence authorises us to carry on the business of forming and administering companies and trusts, acting as or arranging trustees, and providing related services.

Formation and administration of companies and trusts, trusteeship and nominee arrangements — carried on under our TCSP licence.
Custody of assetsAs trustee / custodian
Holding client cash and assets in a trustee or custodian capacity, with segregated records. Custody is not a securities-dealing activity.
Securities & VA dealingLicensed brokers
All securities and virtual-asset execution — including regulated VA ETFs — is carried out by licensed third-party brokers, not by the Company.
Legal draftingIndependent counsel
Trust deeds and legal instruments are drafted by independent qualified lawyers; we coordinate but do not provide legal advice.

We do

  • Form and administer companies and trusts under our TCSP licence
  • Act as trustee, custodian and — where instructed — nominee
  • Coordinate licensed brokers and independent counsel
  • Keep client assets segregated and fully recorded

We do not

  • Register as a trust company under the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29)
  • Provide statutory estate administration
  • Deal in securities or virtual assets ourselves
  • Give legal, tax or investment advice
