Aegivest One Limited is a Hong Kong licensed Trust or Company Service Provider. We form and administer the companies and trusts that hold family capital, and we treat the discipline of that administration as the whole point.
Families and their businesses need a base that does not move — a place where ownership is clear, records are sound, and succession is planned rather than improvised.
We exist to be that base. We form the structures, hold the assets as custodian and trustee, and coordinate the licensed professionals whose work sits alongside ours.
We stay inside our licence and are explicit about where our authority ends and a broker’s or a lawyer’s begins.
We keep client assets administered separately from our own, with clear records of what is held and for whom.
We prefer fewer, well-documented arrangements over clever ones — because a structure has to survive scrutiny and time.
